Return Policy

Bath & Body, Shaving, Fragrances, and Hair Care
Bath & body, shaving products such as creams, oils, balms, and shaving instruments, fragrances (perfumes), and hair care (shampoos, conditioners, etc.) are not returnable. If any of the aforementioned products arrive broken, defective or are not correct, we will ask you to return them. When we receive the defective product(s), we will promptly issue a refund.

Bath, Bed, and Table Linens
Linens such as bed sheeting, towels, and table linens may not be returned unless they are defective or are not the correct products. Loungewear such as robes may be exchanged if not the correct color, size, or are otherwise defective.

Home Fragrance and Accessories
Home fragrances and accessories are not returnable. If any of the aforementioned products arrive broken, defective or are not correct, we will ask you to return them. When we receive the defective product(s), we will promptly issue a refund.

Grooming
Only hairbrushes and combs may be returned if unused. If when we receive the returned product there is evidence of use, we will not issue a refund. If any of the aforementioned products arrive broken, defective or are not correct, we will ask you to return them. When we receive the defective product(s), we will promptly issue a refund.

Sleepwear
Sleepwear is returnable, unworn, for store credit or refund if the color, size or any other option is not correct. It is also returnable, unworn, if the product is defective or incorrect. We will promptly issue a refund.
